The view, the interior design and the cleanliness

* The View or I should say THE V-I-E-W. The very best in Cape Town * Location - I like city centre with lots of great restaurants on Bree Street and walking distance to Waterfront or City Gardens.

* There's no air conditioning in the bedroom. If the owners reply with "we work on it," they're obviously not telling the truth. There's nothing you can do here, and in hot weather, that's a problem. * They're quite ridiculous in their stinginess. They offer the cheapest, undrinkable tea and two coffees. When I asked for more, the lady's eyes widened and she gave me two more. That's it for five days. * Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the lift. There are only two in the large apartment building. * The rooftop pool is only functional in theory. It's terribly neglected, and the water seems to never be cleaned.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick. Obwohl die Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt ist, waren einzelne Etagen im Haus noch eine Baustelle, die Aufzüge waren mit Baumatten verhangen und ständig blockierten Bauarbeiter den Fahrstuhl.

Bei der Lage muss man schon etwas mutig sein, vor dem Haus wurde man Tag und Nacht direkt angebettelt. Im Haus fanden in der Woche Bauarbeiten statt und ab Freitag starteten dann die Junggesellinnen Parties.
