Bem equipada, com o necessário para estadia curta.
Mofo nas paredes (entendo que seja pela pouca ventilação do local e umidade do banheiro), box e privada muito próximos sem box, o que faz a água do banho invadir o restante do banheiro.

Achei bem localizado. Gostei dos utensílios e eletrodomésticos disponíveis, como o microondas, frigobar e cafeteira. Ambiente bem limpo e arrumado.
Tinha algumas manchas de mofo nas paredes. Eu sou asmática, senti um pouco. Também, a cortina não impede a claridade do poste em frente, o que incomoda. A cama é pequena. Como sou grande, meus pés ficaram para fora do colchão.
