Melhor Localização da região. Apartamento limpo e confortável.
Poderia melhorar o aquecimento do apartamento, estava muito frio e o aquecedor portátil não deu vazão, principalmente na sala.

Tudo muito bem decorado, limpo e espaçoso. Banheiro grande, separados privada e o local onde toma banho, com um excelente ofurô. Sala grande e uma tv gigante. Localização de dar inveja a qq outra pessoa, pq vc para seu carro e esquece de tudo, pois consegue fazer tudo a pé. O local, realmente é o maior diferencial.
Armario e geladeira sao um pouco mais velhos, assim como os acessórios de cozinha, mas não comprometem. Apenas detalhes.

A localização é perfeita, não precisamos usar o carro pra nada, tudo muito limpo, aconchegante, TV canais disponibilizados, tudo muito ótimo, e já indiquei para várias pessoas e com ctza voltarei sempre nele qdo formos para Monte Verde
