Lokalizacja, winda - dla rodzin z dziećmi zawsze na plus, w apartamencie dużo przestrzeni.
Głośno od ulicy, zwłaszcza w nocy - kto jest wrażliwy może tego nie dźwignąć :) Myśleliśmy, że to kwestia domknięcia okien, ale to nic nie pomogło. Czystość dobra, gdyby nie pajęczyny na suficie (lampach) wizualnie byłoby super.
