Location, all the facilities and well equipped kitchen.
Noisy air con close to bed. Needs written instructions for guests, for example how to turn on the gas. Having said that the host Ganesh was always available and quick to respond to questions.

The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and markets. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was able to do all my own cooking and the kitchen was well equipped with a very good fridge. Everything in the apartment was in great working order. I really enjoyed having the sit out and also a washing machine to do my own washing. I would happily recommend this apartment 😊

The host was responsive and helpful with lending an adapter and answering questions. Check in process is easy and location is decent with several restaurant options within walking distance. Were it not for the host I would have rated it even lower.
The toilet seat was loose so had to be careful when using it. The tap on the sink had a leak behind it leaving water all-around the sink. The mirror was not cleaned. The front of the A/C unit was very dusty and had not been cleaned for a while so used the bedroom fan only. The bed was really hard and for me, that was uncomfortable.
