The apartment is well located near to a pleasant green space and tucked away inside an old block of flats. It has been nicely renovated and decorated and felt clean and cosy. Cooking facilities were adequate. Parking immediately outside the apartment felt safe and was easy and free.
The apartment has few negatives. It would be perfect for two; as a family of four, it would have been nice to have another chair and a slightly larger table. There are some steep spiral stairs between the two levels, which I suppose may be a concern for older folks given that the main bedroom and the bathroom were upstairs; from our perspective they just added character.

The flat is a gem! On a really hot evening after a day out on our bikes, it felt like a little haven.
Everything seemed well thought out.
We were particularly impressed by the hygienically packaged ice cubes and the cosy atmosphere.
The conditions for proper waste sorting are excellent.
Gabriele, the host, is kind, courteous and relaxed.

We liked that the apartment was not standard, and that we were surrounded bij friendly locals. Everything was there, and the owner responded quickly when we asked something.

Everything was as promised. Easy check in to a very clean apartment.
The stairs to upstairs might be a bit tricky for elderly people.
