The location of the apartment is very convenient and in a nice residential area, 15 min away from the PATH and 10 min away from bus stops that can take you to Manhattan easily. Owners were responsive and brought us an extension cord very swiftly for a tv that had a really short cord. The apartment is also big and comfortable for us, we were 4 guests.

The listing says "Free parking" but there’s no free parking in the area since it’s street parking with NJ restrictions, which means that if you're not a resident in the area, you cannot park your car in the street, so Parking is not really an amenity of the residence. Even if you want to pay to park it in the street, it is not really possible. Since one of the most important reasons why we booked this apartment was the fact that it had parking, this is what makes us lower the score for this apartment. There was also a butane capsule inside the lower part of the oven, a gas stove, and we found it after turning the oven on. Luckily nothing happened but it was REALLY dangerous. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped: it has coffee and tea but no sugar or sweetener.
