Location & it had the facilities we needed
Nothing stands out as bad

The apartment is central to everything, but quiet and residential so it feels homely. Check-in instructions were easy and there’s plenty of space inside to feel comfortable.
Parking is tight but fine with practice.

Great accomodation: clean, comfortable, calm and not far away from everything: shops 1km away for groceries, few cafes around (300m), beaches and ocean baths are 10mn by bus, great location!
The general conditions say we must not do too much noise after 10:00pm, which is really understandable as the area is really quiet, but we felt a bit uncomfortable with the 'smart noiise detection device', it's a bit weird and intrusive.

Suburban, but convenient location
3 tvs and none of them worked. Internet connection was patchy. King bed was actually two singles pushed together. The mattress concaved in and was very uncomfortable resulting in a sore back. Floor wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in.
