The presentation of the property, space for the kids to roam and the view.
BBQ with filthy, food scraps and needed a good scrub. As a result we couldn’t use it as nothing to clean it with and not worth buying cleaning products for a short stay when we cannot take it home.

Very clean and new facility. The location is 30 minutes drive from city. Lots of animals around. Amazing view.

The views are spectacular, what a place to have a coffee and watch the sun rise from bed. Gorgeous place. Reasonably well stocked kitchen. Two comfortable beds, the second bedroom with its own bathroom is detached from the main building holding the kitchen/lounge, and bedroom/bathroom.
The detached bedroom has a wall heater, much needed in winter.
The main building has a heat pump in the communal area and a wall heater in the bedroom.
It wasn’t an issue for us (hired a Suzuki jimny) but the property is about 1km up a hilly unsealed road (no lighting in the dark).
