It was in the middle of everything! Close to downtown. Bar and stores with all the basics- and more- steps away. Easy code system to enter. Elevator worked well. Area was relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable. There were many outlets - not a given in other places we've stayed in Spain! Though it was challenging to get used to it, the induction stove was good. Plenty of soap for bathing and washing dishes. Area seemed secure.

Ok... air conditioning. Of a week we stayed, at least 3 nights the darn thing didn't work. The codes referred to either a voltage output issue or something I did not grasp - I can fix computers, not HVAC. Same during various days - AC would work only 2/3 of the time... Yet, to be fair, even when outside was 40 Celsius, it remained 25 C inside... not quite comfortable without ventilation (the AC fan didn't work either), but we weren't completely roasting. Another knick was take because of the Internet. For the first few days, I still had college homework to finish. It became necessary to use my phone Hotspot rather than wifi because the latter was so unreliable. Sometimes, I'd have to switch between the available wifi access points to see which worked, and I'd often be kicked out halfway through an activity. I would NOT recommend this for those who need reliable wifi during their stay unless/until it is fixed.

Apartamento novo, com tudo funcional e bonito. Além de bem localizado.

O sistema de refrigeração não deu conta com o calor que estava fazendo do lado de fora.

Práctico, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado

El funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Funcionaba cuando llegabas al apartamento y al rato dejaba de funcionar, lo comentamos con la dueña y nos dijo que era un tema de la aerotermia pero lo cierto es que no podías manejarlo ni siquiera encenderlo cuando lo necesitabas y por la noche pasamos mucho calor y al abrir las ventanas entraba ruido. Cuando funcionaba estaba demasiado fuerte.
