La ubicación es buena, a un paso de todo y con medios de transporte a todos lados. Limpieza bien. Distribución cómoda.
Varias cosas: fuimos en invierno y la calefacción era insuficiente. Sólo había un calefactor eléctrico (como los que se pueden ver en algunas fotos) en el comedor. Los dormitorios se sienten fríos, el calor no llega. El baño era un igloo, al tener ventiletes (que no son herméticos), bañarse es un acto de arrojo. Había sólo una toalla y un toallón para los dos, mi marido pidió un juego más y se lo dieron, pero le dijeron que en realidad correspondía sólo un juego. Los silloncitos están tapizados en tela olor clarito, pero se ven manchados dando mal aspecto. Los espacios comunes necesitan una renovación, no se ven tan lindos como en las fotos.
