Convenient, close to purpose of short travel.
Too close to road- hence noisy from traffic

I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, but when I contacted the property, the owner denied having any record and asked me to book directly at a higher price.
As I had urgent work nearby and no time to find another place, I had no option but to agree and pay the inflated amount.
It didn’t stop there. When I mentioned that my friend also had a booking at the same property, the owner denied that as well and repeatedly pressured me to share my friend’s contact details. Even after I refused, he kept calling and messaging me multiple times, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
This behavior felt pushy and inappropriate. A property listed on Booking.com should honor confirmed reservations instead of trying to bypass the platform and pressure guests.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.
The rooms they show claim to have an area of 110msq. But the rooms and beds are smaller in reality. Otherwise nice and clean.
