The flat was spotless, great communication. Very close to public transport, which is very easy to use. Flat is very comfortable.. Private parking was idea.
The only problem i had was the fact flat is on 4th floor. I managed (I'm not very fit) just took my time, and partner did mist of the up and down the stairs 🤣🙂. Would not hold this against the flat, and would ues flat again.

Bien situé dans un quartier calme à deux pas du tramway. L’appartement est vieillot mais propre. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle Beau cartable d’accueil très utile. Stationnement sécurisé
Au quatrième étage pas d’ascenseur. Avec les bagages, c’est un bon exercice. Absence d’éclairage fonctionnel dans la salle de bain. Aménagement étrange où la salle à manger est dans la chambre
