Luxurious South-facing 2 BDR Penthouse at Vanian Gardens Estepona with Seaview - Gaya Alegria I

Excellent apartment for a family stay with plenty space for everyone and so well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, air-conditioned worked well and the terrace was a treat. The complex amenities are fabulous, with the swimming pools being a big bonus to entertain a toddler. Location is convenient, 5min drive to big supermarkets and the beach and with easy access to Estepona (you need a car though to get around). Highly recommended!

The property was well equipped with multiple storage options. Kitchen had everything you Wed day to day and the positioning of the property was great. The balcony was amazing for views and comfort. The area was great and easy to access main routes to Estepona and Puerto Banús. The other apartments were residential so be aware that families do also live within surrounding.

The property did not have a safe for personal Belongings.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, terrace very nice and a good size and also had a bbq. All household appliances catered for if needed. The complex was very quiet and pleasant , nice size communal pool and there is also a child’s pool, both were kept very clean each day. Overall an excellent apartment and complex to stay at. There was a couple of restaurants and beach nearby The owner was very helpful and kept in touch during our visit and the site agent Kristoff was very helpful too.

Ungepflegter und unfreundlicher sog.“Manager“,Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber,fettiger Dunstabzug und Backrohr,staubige Sofakissen und Teppich voller Haare,in vier Wochen kein einziges Housekeeping includiert.Fitnessstudio dunkel und feucht,Indoorpool,Sauna,Whirlpool schlicht nicht vorhanden,also eine Fotolüge..Pluspunkt,die Vermieterin hat uns den Fitnessclub außerhalb bezahlt.Die Lage ist nur brauchbar mit Auto,kein einziges Ziel fussläufig erreichbar,weder Geschäft noch Strand,alles zugebaut mit einer mörderischen Schnellstraße,zum Strand zufuss nur wenn man durch einen schlammigen Tunnel gebückt „kriecht“
