Spaciousness, cleanliness and overall excellent facilities
No personal small barbecue on actual property. Communal barbecue facilities very expensive for 2 people

The property was well stocked. It felt like “home.” The host has put everything needed to cook and clean and was very responsive to questions. It was apparent that the property was important to the host and her guests. The host “cares” about the house and her guests!
While this wasn’t a “deal breaker” for us, but having only one key was not convenient. My wife has family in La Paz and she went to their houses a few nights while I stayed behind and I either had to keep the key myself or give it to my wife and leave the door unlocked. Probably a keypad code lock would be safer / more convenient option, but I realize there is a cost to that option. This is more of a suggestion than a criticism.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Easy arrival. Beautiful house. House was spotless,everything worked and the place had virtually everything you could need for relaxing or cooking full meals. Even has a washer & dryer included. Inside a gated community and completely secure. Grocery and other stores and restaurants are close by. A.C. worked great.
When I was there, there was a dog next door that barked a lot. In fairness, I didn't mention it to staff but it was annoying. Everything else was perfect.
