Era un sitio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos y habitaciones amplias. Las ventanas tenían mosquiteras.
La cerradura de la puerta de entrada no se podía cerrar con llave, con lo cual, cualquiera con una tarjeta de crédito podría haber abierto la puerta.
