Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Die Lage war gut und ruhig.
Schade, dass sowohl die Duschabtrennung (es fehlten komplett die Dichtungen) als auch die Brausestange defekt waren. So war duschen nur bedingt möglich. Dies wurde auch dem Vermieter gemeldet, der uns die Wahl lies, dies sofort oder 3 Tage später am Freitag zu beheben. Da es sich nicht um einen "Notfall" handelte teilten wir dem Anbieter mit, dass der Freitag ausreichen würde. Leider meldete sich am besagten Freitag aber niemand und ein Handwerker erschien auch nicht. Weiterhin fehlte in der Wohnung ein Staubsauger, Bodenwischer oder Besen. Ebenso müßte die zentrale Haustür richtig instandgesetzt werden.
