Oasis Citadine

L’appartement est très bien situé et permet de visiter Lyon , à pieds ou avec tous les moyens à disposition. Facile d’accès et particulièrement sécurisé, l’appartement est grand , très propre et bien isolé des bruits extérieurs. Le couchage est confortable . Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter du magnifique jardin ; les repas sur la terrasse aux beaux jours seront pour nos prochaines visites.

The place and photos are real. The appartment is very nice and quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped for living there, clean. The garden is great. It is located very close to a metro station and then you can easily reach the center of the city. I found easily the key and the appartment following the instructions of the manager.

It was clean and the location is very good. Perfect spot to explore Lyon

When we arrived the previous guests had not returned the keys so there were no keys for us to access the property. A key and fob was provided later the same evening.This delayed our use of the property. We were promised a discount for this but we haven’t heard anything about this since. After our arrival we received a message to say a locksmith was due to arrive at the property the next day and could we facilitate his arrival. We waited to facilitate the locksmith. Another inconvenience. Later on we had to leave the property earlier than planned to attend to a family matter at home and asked for guidance from the manager as to what to do with the keys ( as the locksmith had given us all the new keys for the door rather than giving one to us and the others to the manager) The manager only replied (over a day later) after we had left saying he would collect the keys later that evening and revert with a more complete message after he had visited the property. That was 3 days ago and I haven’t heard from him since then.
