L'appartement était parfait : très propre, bien équipé, confortable et idéalement situé près de la gare. L'accès à la piscine et au parking est un vrai plus, et l'accueil a été au top ! Je recommande vivement

Clean apartment value for money

To much dust because of the Constructions around the the flat and the elevator is between the floors, I would not booked if knew that elevator is in between the floors. Is absolutely not suitable for the disabled and those with mobility issues

Exceptionally spacious apartment, particularly the very large living room. Attractive modern décor with traditional Moroccan touches. Two distinct sitting areas, including a traditional low Moroccan seating area. Decorative Moroccan tea set added character to the living room. Apartment was generally clean and well presented. Modern bathroom with a generous shower enclosure. Overhead rainfall shower and handheld shower attachment. Consistently good hot water. Effective bathroom extractor fan. bathroom mirror. Useful storage beneath the bathroom sink. Handheld bidet spray beside the toilet. Large and generally clean kitchen. Excellent amount of worktop space. Plenty of kitchen cupboards and drawers. Large family-sized fridge with a spacious freezer compartment. Fridge easily accommodated all the family’s shopping. Gas hob and built-in oven. Washing machine worked well. Kitchen window provided natural ventilation. Additional shelving for groceries. Large smart TV with streaming apps. Lift available in the building. Underground parking was provided. We felt safe during our stay. Very good value for an apartment of this size

Check-in was unnecessarily stressful. The access PIN was not sent until 3:00 pm, despite our requesting it earlier. Only two towels were initially provided for four guests. The host promised two more but did not return until our final night; the additional towels were apparently already stored in a kitchen cupboard, but we had not been told. The stairwell lights were operated by short timed switches rather than sensors. Without advance warning, we repeatedly found ourselves in complete darkness while locating the apartment. The living-room air-conditioning mainly circulated air and did not cool the whole room. The bedroom units cooled better but made an intrusive mechanical noise that affected sleep. There was no air-conditioning in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was slow, causing frequent buffering and freezing when streaming. The television interface changed from French to Arabic and was difficult to navigate; we could not find standard Moroccan television channels. The kitchen was large but sparsely equipped, with limited plates, eating bowls, knives, pots and utensils, and no kitchen scissors. There was no microwave, so food had to be reheated using the oven or gas hob. The kettle took unusually long to boil. Kitchen water pressure was extremely low, and the tap water had an unpleasant odour, so we used bottled water for drinking and cooking. The blender required cleaning before use, and the supplied sponge and scrubber appeared heavily used, so we bought replacements. Although the bathroom sink and kitchen were generally clean, some taps appeared grubby and had not been cleaned to the same standard. The bathroom basin was unusually high, and the toilet was fitted into a narrow space between the shower and wall. There were only two visible electrical socket points in the living room. The underground parking was difficult to manoeuvre because of the closely spaced pillars. The surrounding area was an active construction zone, with unpaved dusty roads, daytime building noise

Groot, schoon, fijne airco, goede douche.

Al onze verblijven in Marokko zijn heerlijk geweest. Alhoewel dit appartement fijn groot, schoon en comfortabel is, viel ons dit enorm tegen. Het appartement staat op een bouwterrein waar vanmorgen om 7 uur al graafwerkzaamheden plaatsvonden. Wij hadden slechts 1 nacht geboekt, om te genieten van het zwembad. Helaas vertelde ons de portier dat het zwembad op maandagen de gehele dag gesloten is. Daarnaast hadden we per ongeluk voor twee personen gereserveerd in plaats voor vier. Wij hebben dit direct zelf aangegeven bij de verhuurder. Op booking.com stond dit voor € 45 met onze genius korting. De verhuurder heeft ons € 40 extra contant laten afrekenen. We mochten wel tot 4 PM blijven, mocht het appartement de volgende dag niet verhuurd zijn. In de ochtend kregen wij het bericht dat het appartement verhuurd was, en dat wij er om 12.30 uit moesten. Toen wij vervolgens op booking.com keken, bleek het nog gewoon beschikbaar te zijn. Al met al een grote tegenvaller!
