Spacious family home with pool and ocean views

Spacious, clean and well equipped!

I have a newly walking 10 month old - so stairs were the bane of my existence, he just wanted to go up and down, so I didn’t like my baby - the stairs were fine though!

Spacious and modern.

Needs more essential crockery and cookware, e.g oven cookware, bottle opener, wine glasses etc.

The property is spacious, clean, new and great for a big group. The kids loved the pool

A little bit far from central Torquay and the beach

The inside is nice

Currently (Feb 2026) there is major construction going on directly behind the property with more than one house being built. It is extremely noisy and you will be woken up at 650am! Also there is no privacy as the workmen can see directly into the windows of the living area. There was construction noise on the weekend also. Adding to that the backyard is not as advertised. It is very run down. One photo shows the back with lovely green grass with a fire pit area and seating and some kind of cooking facilities - there is none of that just dead grass and pebbles with no seats or anything. The pool is incredibly small and run down and was dirty. There are no chairs by the pool nor any access to them. The deck is worn out and was dirty during my stay. The seating near the bbq on the side is very old and run down and would fit maybe four - a house sleeping as many as it does should allow more than this. It was so dirty I had to clean it before we could sit or even touch it. The clear outdoor blinds pictured are all ripped off also - so not usable either. It is not a place you would want to sit outside and enjoy
