Amazing experience staying at the beautiful condo. Very safe land convenient location. Very well furnished condo. The host is super responsive and has done a great job with the unit. Our stay was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo is located at a very convenient location in a safe neighborhood. The host is amazing. Very responsive and accommodating. The condo is very well kept, well furnished and very clean. We enjoying our stay at the condo.

This condo was not quite as expected. The master bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed. The curtains blocked out light well. It would have been nice to have a bedside stand on both sides of the bed but not a big issue. However, the second bedroom was disappointing. Instead of it having 2 single beds as pictured, it had a very cheap double bed in it. We contacted the owner who said she wanted to make the bed “more comfortable” by getting rid of the single beds. She stated that the couch in the living room was designed to be another bed. In other words, the other couple in our party could choose to sleep together in a very small double bed or one person could sleep in the bedroom and the spouse could sleep in the living room on the fold out couch. If the owner truly wanted to make it more comfortable, she should have replaced the 2 singles with at least a queen bed. There was plenty of space for that. Additionally, remaking the couch into a bed daily and visa versa was a hassle. Sleeping in the living room without blinds on the patio doors and sharing the space with the kitchen was less than ideal. The owner blamed Evolve for not changing the listing as she requested, but the change would have been months after we had booked the condo, and we wouldn’t have known anyways. On a positive note, the pool in the complex was nice and the parking was safe and patrolled regularly. The condo was a convenient location for the Daytona 500.
