We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! It's the best of both worlds... we had all the modern amenities of home, but were surrounded by the WV's mountains and natural beauty.
It was close to everything we wanted to see in the area; walking distance or a short drive to just about everything. There's a trailhead literally across the street.
We rented a bike from the shop a few blocks away and spent hours exploring the Greenbrier River Trail. Our 9 year old actually spent more time outdoors than he did staring at screens!
Beds were super comfy, showers were hot, house was spotless. Wifi worked great, was able to do a little work from 'home.'
There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but was also nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook dinners together. There's a grocery store and beer store a short drive away.
Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfy place to lay your head after hiking or biking around the area. We'll definitely be back this winter for skiing at Snowshoe!
