Ayr Castle 1922 by Reveal

My stay at this castle was pure magic. A moment to remember — total princess vibes. Dulshan handled every detail with such talent and care, Dinuja and Ayesh were always there to support, and Chef Mahesh created absolutely delicious food. I enjoyed every second to the fullest — reading a book, exploring local fruits, wandering among rubber trees, noticing tiny ants, and watching lizards in their natural rhythm. The atmosphere, the service, the whole experience — unforgettable!

An incredibly peaceful and beautiful hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff, particularly Sadeesha. A great chef who prepared the best risotto we have ever had. Lovely spacious room. We wanted for nothing.

Not an issue but be aware the venue is dry so we had to order in beer and wine via tuk tuk - which the staff kindly sorted for us.

We loved the views from our balcony (of the Edinburgh suite) over the lawn, pool & hills beyond. The staff make Ayr Castle a special place to visit, we had our own personal butler available on WhatsApp. The castle (formally a classed as a bungalow!) has been recently renovated to a high standard while retaining original features and character. We enjoyed our 6km guided walk through surrounding rubber plantation and relaxing by the swimming pool. The food was delicious and service excellent. This is a small resort with only 5 rooms and is an excellent place to relax and unwind.

This isn’t a criticism but the cost of privacy and serenity is that Ayr Castle is located up a hill with a steep and narrow track. Once there, settle in and relax!
