Lokacija odlicna u centru starog dela grada. Plaza i parking u blizini.
Od prvog dana veoma neprijatan miris iz kanalizacije u kupatilu, ali nakon prijave brzo je otklonjeno. Kreveti veoma niski a madraci istroseni i veoma neudobni, takodje jastuci veoma istroseni i neudobni. Siromasno opremljena kuhinja, samo dve case, bez escajga i bilo cega drugog. Takodje ne postoji nista za susenje vesa, sto je posebno nezgodno kada ste na letovanju i svakodnevno imate dosta mokrih stvari. Sve 3 fotelje iscepane. Na kablovskoj TV su iskljucivo nemacki kanali. Za starije ljude, korisno bi bilo naglasiti da je smestaj na ozbiljnoj uzbrdici u povratku iz grada/plaze. Uz malo vise angazovanja smestaj bi bio sasvim solidan.
