Needs a very good clean. So dusty and looks like beds haven’t been moved in years.
Also only give one door key that worked. Promised another but never came

Had all you need
Balcony was nice
*No-one replying to you
*Feeling like you did something wrong (wording of emails)
*No access to wifi
*Saying there is 24/7 help, and getting a generic email, then another saying sorry cannot help get back to you in 24hrs, you leaving before that period and still noone has replied
*Alot of blown light bulbs
*Tv remote doesnt work
*Little things that you would ignore if you felt welcomed or someone replied.
*I have stayed in alot of places but always felt welcomed, not this place and I paid a lot for the stay.
*Found all sorts of items stuck in the couch
*Powerpoints on skirting boards, couldn't charge my phone beside the bed.
