事前の確認を質問した際の返信レスポンスが早く、即判断するのに助かりました。
チェックイン当日にたまたま足を怪我をしてしまったのですが、駐車場と玄関入口の階段段差がもう少し低くなっていれば、スロープは無理にしても優しい造りと思いました。
