Staff were lovely and accommodating and the location looks quite cute at night. Location is also very easy to get too.

Very small inside and the fire pit is not private. Toilet facilities are also away from the ‘lodge’. Take entertainment as there is no radio/tv but they do provide board games within the lodges. ( RWD vehicles may struggle during the winter due to a quite steep hill to get into the lodge and it is gravel parking)

Very pretty and well located, was prefect and a great one night away! Everything you need and more….could easily do for a long weekend!

Not much I didn’t like the only thing I would suggest is they as yellow rug just because the wood floor can get very cold without the heater on other than that it was a brilliant stay

My stay here was amazing! Nothing I can fault. Very reasonable in price and close to some great attractions.

The lodge was fab! Such a cosy, pretty vibe with all the lights around. We chose the stag hare lodge with the hot tub included. The hot tub was a great touch especially there was a group of us so we had one of the nights as a hot tub night

Nice accommodation but not all pods have a hot tub.

The pod room and bathroom were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything well presented and clean. Nice view of a hill.

We were misled by Booking.com the accommodation was a one room pod not a one bedroom chalet and NO hot tub. There was no hob to cook so I couldn’t make the camping dinner I had brought. Booking.com gives the impression there is a hot tub. Hare pod does not have a hot tub but all the others do. We booked this accommodation because of the hot tub so were totally gutted and had to watch everyone else enjoying their tubs. Duvets have a waterproof protective cover was like sleeping under a plastic bag, wish I had realised earlier it was removable as I might have got some sleep. Also the single bed sheet didn’t fit the plastic mattress so I had to put a towel on bed too.

My daughter and I really needed to chill out and sitting in the hot tub in gorgeous surroundings watching the Swallows gathering to mark the end of Summer, and later under the stars, was perfect for that.

Stunning place and an unforgettable glamping experience.

Beautiful location and simply stunning place. We loved every minute. The pod was cozy and very well designed and the beds really comfy. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Loved the fact that we had our own shower/WC. We had everything we needed.

Maybe a little outdoor table would be quite handy and possibly some hooks inside the cabin to hang coats, hoodies, etc.

Was very cozy and peaceful. The cabin was very clean and so cutely decorated with themed furniture for the hedgehog cabin we stayed in. Hot tub was very very good .

Only 2 towels which is not enough if you want to use the hot tub or shower or dry the floor but other than that everhthing was perfect.

A nice break from a standard hotel room

Although m/wave toaster & kettle were in the pod. Not used as we ate elsewhere in the local area or before arriving.

Perhaps a small rail could be incorporated to hang up some of your jackets/clothing. In our case, the fox cabin. Also a temporary sign with the sites name might help as still using previous name.

Beautiful, friendly and well kept

Overall look is lovely, the lights are beautiful at night time and can clearly make way to bathroom only a short walk from the pod; very clean and well equipped! Hot tub and fire pit were great

Pod is on a slight slant, feels like you’re walking diagonally and my partner kept rolling to one side of the bed, things were falling off the side. Also, the hot tap gets extremely hot, could do with having a sign on as the retreat is child friendly. Loose slab outside of toilet, almost went over a few times.

The pod I had is not suitable for older customers.

Location was fine and quiet.

The steps up to the pod were very steep and we found it very difficult to enter and leave the pod as we are both in our eighties. The lights outside the pod went off during the night leaving only the lights on around the wash house. Other pods had decking with a ramped entance. I was not told of these steps else I would not have booked. The roof over the dish washing area discharged any rain right over where you would stand when you were washing the dishes.. The owner supplied a short video which for me stuck halfway through so couldn't view the actual pod which might have influenced me not to book. These steps should have been mentioned on the booking.com website otherwise the pod was clean and comfortable inside.

Pretty glamping site with just a few friendly neighbours. Very quiet and relaxing.

Location was ideal, close to Rhayader and Elan Village so we went to see the dams. We stayed at the property from the time we arrived (3pm) to the time we left (10am) We took our own food and didn't need to go out again. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub and room on grass to play badminton and boules (which we took with us).

Heatwave period so quite a few flies around but understandable.

Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable

The room was very clean and the property hosts were very helpful in sorting out our needs. Communication was great and the location was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a lovely time. We would definitely stay again, we really enjoyed our time. The bed was also extremely comfortable!

We had to travel by car to visit anywhere but it really was lovely we had a great time.

Perfect tranquil retreat

Beautifully clean, comfy bed and large spotless bathroom. Loved the attention to detail - we stayed in the Hare and loved the hare themed items (mugs, lamp, cushion etc).
