Confortable beds Location is good : 15 min walk to main square Lots of shops restaurants in the surroundings.
No lift and apartment is on the 3rd floor. Difficulty to park in the area. Shower is not convenient to use.

Super-Lage in der Innenstadt von Tirana. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum zentralen Skanderbeg-Platz und der belebte Bllocku mit Bars und Restaurants ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, Wi-Fi läuft stabil. Kommunikation mit Vermieter über WhatsApp jederzeit möglich. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Das Badezimmer riecht etwas muffig und die Küchenzeile taugt bestenfalls für ein paar Nudeln. Manchmal kurze Stromausfälle (liegt aber wohl eher an Tirana, nicht an der Wohnung) Kein Nachteil aber gut zu wissen: Im Vorflur liegt eine bewohnte Einliegerwohnung. Merkt man aber nicht.
