If you’re a foodie , this place would be perfect. You will see so many restaurants and cafes around here. Walk in distance to the lake and lotte mall. This place is so comfy and spacious

This is located on the 3rd floor. It has no lift. There are stairs in the bathroom which can be dangerous . We were told about the rules the day before arrival such as no visitors, no cooking food that’s smell. They need to disclose all the rules before people make the payment I believe. Towels were provided but they were very old

Clean and nice as described

One bathroom was tough for a family of five, but we found a public bath/spa near like 5 minutes walk.

Spacious, new and clean, air purifier

Noise and light pollution from a busy street lined with restaurants and bars, thin walls that let in noises from the staircase (one rooms has a drywall and window to staircase of the building) and neighbors. The window blinds are nowhere near efficient in blocking out the lights in the bedroom. Note that the staircase to the unit within the building has gaps wide enough for toddlers to fall. Shower pressure is weak and the curtain insufficient in blocking off the water (basically a wet bathroom) there is a staircase inside the bathroom. There are a lot of housekeeping rules filling up 3-4 pages for the guests, but felt that there wasn’t proportionate consideration and genuine care for the guests - the poor blinds, no basic cooking condiments like salt or oil, no high chair or booster seat for babies, no instruction regarding the rubbish separation… no visitors allowed even during the day, cctv monitored. It was very spacious, as described underwent a total renovation which the owner seems to be very proud of. There were nice sentimental touches like a letter to oneself, but some fundamental aspects need to be improved to make the stay worthwhile.
