This is an exceptionally nice property with a super large and efficient floorplan. It is well maintained and well managed. It has everything you need and some extras too, like the fully supplied Keurig style coffee maker. The 3rd floor bonus room is a real selling point and provided a great spot for our teenagers to hang out. As you might guess, all this comes at a cost which is a consideration.
The townhouse is located on a typical city street, as such, there are unremarkable views from the multiple balconies at the townhouse. Realistically, this was what you would expect.
