La propiedad está muy bien ubicada. Cerca de bares, subte y atracciones lindas para ir si estás de paseo por BsAs
Había mucho olor a humedad. Cuando entramos al Depto tuvimos que dejar todo abierto y comprar un perfume para tirar un poco. Igualmente mejoró pero no se fue.

El apartamento es pequeño pero el precio justo. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de Marcelo, quien amablemente nos permitió entrar un poco antes de la hora normal de check-in dado que mi hijo y yo llegábamos a Buenos Aires después de un viaje largo. Esto nos permitió descansar un poco antes de salir a disfrutar del barrio y las muchisimas opciones que tiene para ver, comer o relajar pues su ubicación es perfecta.
Hace un poco falta de mantenimiento, pero en general bien.

they should have provided room heater due to the low temperature 5-10 cent degrees and also multiple extension sockets for foreign visitors
