La ubicación de la casa y el pueblo. El tamaño del apartamento.
Prometen aire acondicionado en el apartamento. Lo que hay es un sistema de calentamiento/refrigeración por aerotermia que va por el suelo. Según la propietaria o encargada, los apartamentos están a 23º siempre. Esto no es así. Será la temperatura del suelo. En días de calor como los de mi estancia la temperatura del apartamento ha llegado a muchos mas grados entre las 16 y las 20 horas. Si abría la ventana para refrescar a partir de las 20 horas subian los olores y humos de la cocina del restaurante de abajo.
