This was the pick of our two weeks in southern Tassie. We'll come back here for sure! A lovely modern house overlooking Pirate Bay. Lots of birdlife and native bush. It is on a main road but after a while I didn't notice traffic noise. Loved that it's near the beach, and thank you to Macy who told us about the track through the scrub to get there. We drove to the National Park nearby and it was a great walk from Tasman Arch to Waterfall Bay too. All in all a great stay! Thank you very much for your help with the teapot, Macy. :)
Be aware you will need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. We were fine (my partner carried them haha), but if you want views you need stairs.

Everything really and location was outstanding, so was the view. It was really comfortable and had everything that we needed.
The driveway was difficult to turn around in. Luckily our RAV was small enough to do it.

Good location for peninsula & port Arthur.
Comfy & quiet & clean.
Notes not complaints :
-steep drive
-lots of steps to carry luggage but then you get a view
