Su ubicación, excepcional, en el centro de Buzios y cerca de todo.
Si bien las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, el área común es demasiado estrecha para tres personas. La falta de mobiliario básico (solo 2 sillas para 3 ocupantes) y el estado de la ropa de cama, que ya no luce blanca por el uso, restan calidad a la estadía. Asimismo, la cafetera no funciona correctamente y la campana de la cocina presentaba una falta de higiene evidente.
