Ligger ud til en trafikeret vej, men det var ikke generende om natten.

Apartament curat si spațios, dotat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur plăcut. Foarte aproape de centrul orașului si mult mai aproape de gara centrală. Cafea si ceai din partea casei. Zona liniștită.

Am fost într-o perioada cu temperaturi foarte ridicate in Germania, iar lipsa unui aparat de aer condiționat si-a spus cuvântul. A compensat însă ventilatorul pus la dispoziție de către gazdă.

The apartment is tidy and comfortable, located in a renovated old building that welcomes guests with the warmth of wood. Parking is available free of charge on-site, it’s very easy to find and safe. In fact, on our last day, after checking out, we were able to leave our car loaded with all our luggage for a final tour of the city. Communication with the owners was very easy, with prompt, courteous, and thoughtful responses to our messages. Before arriving, we were sent precise instructions on how to enter, so we easily found the key and entered the apartment quickly. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a coffee maker, kettle and induction stove, as well as a much-appreciated kitchen towel. A TV with streaming options, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing set and cleaning products are also provided. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Specifically, the city's historic center is a 10-minute walk away, as is the Kaminwerk venue, where metal concerts are held—a must-go-to for fans of the genre. For those who appreciate, nearby there's a large organic grocery store, where you can also enjoy breakfast and snacks thanks to the presence of a dedicated area with tables and chairs. For those traveling with children, there's a park with a playground right behind the building. In conclusion, we've been to many cities in Germany, but Memmingen, where we went "only" to attend a concert, has remained in our hearts, thanks in part to the pleasant stay in the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return soon, perhaps staying a little longer.

The city being small, the location is relatively ok although it is somewhere on the edge to the south. There is a small park nearby where you can wait an hour for the owner to bring you the key.

The phone number listed on Booking is useless. The apartment is next to a car repair shop on the outskirts of town. It's only an option if you have no other option. The apartment is quite sparsely furnished but has all the facilities you need, at a basic level.
