Very spacious bathroom, with sauna which worked well once I discovered which buttons to press (no instructions!). Excellent situation on the edge of the village, with parking outside. Possible to sit in the garden, with pleasant views. Spectacular scenery and castles nearby. Free public transport makes train travel easy: we went to Luxembourg City and Troisvierges from Ettlelbruck. Two buses an hour to Ettelbruck, but stop is a 10-minute walk away. Landlady was very helpful, especially when I lost my wallet to a pickpocket in Luxembourg. She phoned the police, and I made a report to them.

It's underground! We were not expecting this. The bedroom looks big, but there is very little storage space for clothes -- only a wardrobe, with hangers for shirts but not trousers. Crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment limited. No stove, only a microwave. Fridge rather small. Steep stairs to go down, which my wife found difficult. List of amenities includes garden furniture, which suggests the garden is just outside.

Heureusement qu'on croise la mère du propriétaire à notre arrivée et après, plus de contact, ils étaient même absents quand nous avons voulu prévenir que nous partions. Dammage que le logement se trouve dans les caves, un peu humide, pas de vue sur l'extérieur; Beau petit sauna mais pas possible de se reposer à deux, Un seul siège.
