Pretty much everything...beautiful accommodations, nice furnishings, extremely clean, very luxurious!

There was no guestbook (an actual physical guestbook) with wifi and smart tv use instructions, and other pertinent information. Sometimes that's nice, not having to read tiny print online for information. Also other information like where chairs, towels are stored (they were inside a closet), etc. I miss that personal touch. Why does EVERYTHING have to be online?

The location was perfect for us and the unit met all of our needs. We like to cook and the kitchen was adequately provisioned and it is walkable distance from 2 beaches. When we had issues once in the unit the staff was generally very prompt in responding and, in one situation, sending maintenance to help us.

We really needed an early check in and asked multiple times prior and day of (as requested) to be able to enter early and were told that we would be notified as soon as it was ready. When we arrived to sit in the parking lot and wait prior to check in time (as we really needed showers and to rest after a very long 2 days of travel) no one was working on the unit and when I checked for a 3rd time were told we could go in. This delay made our first day much harder than it had to be.

Location was convenient. Place was relatively comfortable.

Pool wasn’t great. There weren’t many amenities included at that price point.
