No breakfast included but facilities of excellent standard.
It is essential you promote this property as a studio apartment. We are an elderly couple and the nightime calls of nature were really difficult with the bathroom downstairs. The steep stairway does not have handrails!
The sleeping platform has only a partial step and no handrail. The attached photo shows how dangerous is the void beside the step.

Very peaceful, great views the hot tub was great. Plenty of wildlife we had wallabies come and visit. I recommend this place if you want a real country feel.
They are a little over the top with the rules. Also a little stringy on coffee pods, one per person per day. The bedroom is upstairs and there is no air conditioner up there so on a hot day/night it would be pretty unbearable.
