Terrasse etwas ungepflegt, was natürlich auch an der Jahreszeit hängen mag und der Frühjahrsputz noch aussteht.

Furniture is nice and beds are comfortable, well equipped

Walls are damaged from some flood or humidity, so photos on booking.com are the old one…it was cold when we got there so it took some time to heat it up, especially bathroom that is without heating option in it.

Compared to many other apartments we’ve stayed in, this was by far the best. The location is excellent—quiet, yet only a very easy and practical 15-minute walk to the center of Kifisia. The apartment is bright with many windows and stunning 360° views of both the mountains and Athens. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, with incredible panoramic views, and we genuinely felt happy being there. The apartment is spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, very practical, and extremely comfortable—we slept exceptionally well. The shower was lovely. The internet was very fast, there’s a smart TV, and both air conditioning and heating are available, which made the stay even more comfortable. Communication was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly return and hope to stay here again.

The view was amazing and the house very clean, had every needed and the bathroom is beautiful and lots of space for cosmetics. Balcony is huge with 360 views of beautiful Athens!
