Yes, Ardiles is a very knowledgeable person, you can have infinite conversations with him about everything, as well, he showed me a really good place for local food and I tried the coffee that he sells, which is really good, I had a very nice and warm stay there! Totally recommended :)

Ardiles is the best host! Super friendly with vast knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure to meet him.
Very comfy bed for a great price.
I loved the local food in the surrounding area and not a tourist in sight. Great area to explore just the local vibe.
Bathroom was shared and didn’t have a traditional sink but shower was good.
Rooms have very thin walls and the furniture is a little dated but cannot complain for the price. The bed was very comfy!

I really enjoyed my stay at Banua KDP - Coffee & Breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The coffee and breakfast were also very good.
Nothing major to complain about. Everything was satisfactory.

Host is a great nice guy. But rooms and accommodation isn’t great I’m sorry to say. I agree with other reviews It’s out from the hustle and bustle of the main city and that it’s a local vibe, but it also has nothing around it really to eat or do and it takes a long time to get into Jakarta to see anything. Only one bathroom and shower for all rooms, no sink, it’s not very clean. There was a lady with a dog living in the house that barked during the night. If the lowered the nightly rate I think it would be would be more worth it but not what we payed
