El lugar es tal cual las fotos, no falta nada para estar cómodos. Muy buena ubicación. Excelente atención y trato de la propietaria y de Graciela que nos recibió. Volveremos pronto.

excelente ubicación, apartamento muy cómodo, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta. la temperatura dentro del departamento era bastante agradable aunque afuera hacia mucho frío. sin duda volveremos. el departamento es igual de bonita a las fotos publicadas.

algunos detalles nada más como que las camas estaban un poco duras y las almohadas nada confortables, al querer usar la tostadora estaba sucia por dentro y un poco oxidada por lo tanto no pudimos utilizarla y las sartenes estaban un poco viejas tambien, los utensilios de limpieza necesitaban un cambio urgente, detalles que podrían mejorar pero no afectaron mucho a la estancia. la secadora de pelo no funcionaba pero la anfitriona se encargo de conseguir otra.

The location of this place is really great. Being so close to Corrientes Avenue is a big plus if you're into theater and those late-night bookstores. Plus, having the subway station just steps away makes getting around the city super easy. It's also nice being near a bunch of cafes, supermarkets, the awesome Teatro Colón, and other cool spots. Even walking to the fancy Recoleta neighbourhood from there is pretty enjoyable. And on top of that, Ana was always there to answer my questions and explained everything really clearly.

One thing that wasn't so great during my stay was the constant noise from the elevator. You could hear it every time it stopped on pretty much any floor, which was kind of a pain since I'm sensitive to noise. Also, I had a couple of issues with the building's key card. One time, it just stopped working, and I had to wait for other people to go in or out so I could get in. They fixed it, but then it happened again. The second time was way worse. I went out at night and when I got back after 10 PM, I couldn't get in. The street was dark, and every time I tried the door, this really loud alarm went off at the entrance, I guess for security. It was seriously disturbing because of the constant alarm sound. Someone who's really sensitive to noise, like an autistic person, would have been super stressed out. I contacted the host, even though it was late, but by the time she replied, I'd already had to pay 98 USD for a night in a hotel – I didn't have any other choice. I ended up wandering around with Google Maps, trying different hotels until I finally found one on the fourth try. It was a really unpleasant and expensive surprise that I hadn't planned for. The host did try to sort things out, and the key worked again the next day, but the whole experience and the extra cost were a real downer.
