Everything is great except for the location

We stayed here 10 days and overall, I recommend this hotel. Pros: The hotel overall is very new and spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff was very kind and accommodating in regards to when we wanted our room cleaned / towels changed. Large bed, small sofa, TV, minifridge, water kettle, and pairs of everything dish / utensil-wise. Location is good, just a short walk to the main road and about 10-12 minutes to the beach. 7-11 / Grab deliveries worked without any problems. Cons: There is a fair bit of noise from the apartment building directly next to the hotel (front door side); in particular, children screaming + sometimes loud music throughout the day. Obviously this is out of the control of the hotel management. However, all of the noise always stopped completely by about 10-11pm. Also, there was literally a direct line of sight into our room (***) from the local house next to the hotel (sliding glass door side) and we were constantly able to see the residents ourselves (and them, us) so if we were going to shower or change clothes, we always had to close the blinds. Perhaps the hotel management could consider planting a long line of tall hedges on that side of the hotel, to provide guests more privacy. Next, although the hotel provides a pair of dishes / bowls / forks / spoons / cups / etc, there is nowhere to wash them, and furthermore, there are signs inside the room explicitly saying not to wash the dishes or utensils in the bathroom sink, or put any food waste into the toilet. With room / dish cleaning only every 2 days, I am not sure what the hotel management expects guests to do if they use the dishes / utensils for 1 meal and then cannot use them again for 1-2 days. With this being said, I would recommend that the hotel management install an outdoor sink / wash basin area with running water on the patio / terrace area, so that guests can wash their dishes throughout their stay. If this is truly categorized as a "budget hotel," then the hotel management needs to consider how to accommodate long-term guests. Lastly, although the hotel management informed us that the room would be cleaned / towels changed every 2 days, the cleaning staff actually came to our room every day and asked if we would like our rooms cleaned / towels changed - which we really appreciated! Ideally this should be the policy of the hotel to begin with. Overall, again, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, especially if these areas I mentioned for improvement were considered and changes implemented. Let me start by saying how friendly the staff are , fast reply on texting by the owner , the cleaner level is top notch , everything new from the floor , balcony , space everything , I have had to extend my stay there . Definitely I'll come back and thank you again for the great experience

The hostess was very friendly and responsive to requests. Our room and supplies were well maintained during our stay and we were very comfortable. Highly recommended.
