Key collection was super easy and they even had a luggage room just in case the apartment wasn't ready in time. We didn't end up need thing as everything was ready and in great condition when we arrived. All the bathrooms were very well set up and we appreciated the provided soaps and lotions as well as the kitchen elements such as cleaning solution, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs - we were of course able to supplement everything else! The living room was super comfortable and great to hang out and wind down after long days of skiing. The heated boot storage and ski storage area was also really appreciated.

The induction stoves were a bit temperamental and not all the pans and pots provided worked for induction. The wifi started getting temperamental half way through our stay and then flat out didn't work the last 3 days, which wasn't great as there isn't great cell phone service in the apartment. Thankfully those of us who had to do work only had to do it at the beginning of the week.
