Great Paris Apartment

Good apartment in a fantastic location. Just outside the tourist area but great transport connections (bus & metro). Plenty of bars, restaurants & cafes nearby.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor so no good for anyone who struggles with stairs.

Völlig in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super. Tolle Straße. Es gibt genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sauberkeit okay. Danke für Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Großer Küclschrank. Betten in Ordnung. Enge Treppe ohne Aufzug, aber das fanden wir nicht schlimm.

Die Austattung billig und ein bisschen lieblos. Die („frischen“) Handtücher waren feucht, aber trotzdem zusammen gefaltet. Hellhörig zur Straße aber das macht nichts, weil die Straße nachts sehr ruhig ist.

Nada, péssima hospedagem!

O apartamento estava muito sujo, as roupas de camas sujas, imundas e somente jogaram perfume para disfarçar, banheiro muito sujo e sem vedação nenhuma, e como estava muito frio, o banheiro ficava horrível para tomar banho. Os aquecedores não funcionam direito, o apartamento fica muito frio. A água quente para tomar banho não dura, acaba rápido. O apartamento foi alugado para 5 pessoas, e somente 2 pessoas podiam tomar banho, pois a água ficava muito gelada e demorava mais de 4 horas para aquecer novamente. Não podia ligar mais de 1 aparelho ao mesmo tempo, e nem usar um aparelho enquanto alguém tomava banho, pois o disjuntor desarmava. Tentamos contato com o anfitrião, assim que chegamos, ele respondeu somente 2 dias depois, mas somente arrumou o disjuntor, mas continuou o apartamento frio e sem aquecimento, e sem água quente suficiente para o banho.

No me gustó que las escaleras están en reparación y se ven en estado regular y el baño de la ducha tiene humedad y se está cayendo parte de la mampostería en la parte de abajo…

Appartement non propre, avec une mauvaise odeur, et même les draps sont très salles Plaque chauffante non opérationnelle, tu ne peux rien préparer en cuisine On m’a refusé de me donner les clefs à 14:00 même si que l’appartement était prêt, j’ai dû attendre une heure avec mes enfant devant l’hôtel Temaque qui m’a donné les clés.

Lots of stairs but not a problem if you are well and have only small bags. Bathroom is unusual. Hole in wall of shower and fluctuating water temperature.

Horriblemente sucio y mal mantenido, pero en muy buena zona.

La ubicación es muy buena. Una calle muy activa, llena de restaurantes y pequeños locales comerciales acogedores. El apartamento está bien equipado y es bastante amplio.

El apartamento estaba horriblemente sucio y mal mantenido (polvo, pelos, uñas postizas, insectos, papeles, comida por el suelo, ollas y sartenes sucias, tazas manchadas de café, pasta de dientes en el baño, cristales sucios, ducha atascada, alfombra de baño mojada, bolas de polvo bajo las camas, se te quedan los pies negros sólo de caminar desde el baño hasta la habitación). El apartamento que nos asignaron no se corresponde con las imágenes publicitadas. Las escaleras de acceso son estrechas, incómodas, muy inadecuadas para subir y bajar con maletas. Los colchones son finos y extremadamente blandos. El anfitrión tarda unas 30 horas en contestar. Entró en el apartamento durante nuestra estancia sin nuestro conocimiento ni consentimiento y en lugar de venir a limpiar vino a dejar unos chocolates tratando de compensar así el mal servicio. Hace mucho calor y hay mucha humedad. Hay un extractor funcionando continuamente que hace un ruido horrible que no te deja dormir. La cafetera italiana no funciona en la cocina de inducción. Hay una cafetera tipo Nespresso y una caja de cápsulas Dolce Gusto incompatibles.

Le confort et la propreté… vaisselle, planchers, lieux étaient douteux, le drain de la douche était bouchée, très peu de matériel pour nettoyer, pas de savon à mains dans la salle de la douche, pas de linge pour se sécher les mains ni sécher la vaisselle, pas toutes les commodités quand à la vaisselle. Dernier point, aucune possibilité de se rafraîchir aucune clim pas de ventilateurs pas de ventilation à 38 degrés c’était insoutenable.

Mancavano le pentole, i bicchieri per l’acqua, la doccia era sporchissima e piena di capelli. Le camere con polvere. Abbiamo dovuto comprare i prodotti e pulire tutto, l’assurdo.

Schlechter Zustandy ich

Die Lage. Sehr nette historische Straßen

Das Gebäude ist in keinem guten Zustand. Die Wendeltreppe ist zu eng, um mit einem Koffer durchzukommen und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist schmutzig. Das Badezimmer ist unanständig. Mit Schimmel in der Dusche und ein Loch in der Wand. Die Polster sind komplett gelblich. Grausig. Nicht zu empfehlen. Deutlich zu teuer für das Angebot!

Wohnen in Paris, wo auch die Franzosen wohnen :-)

Schöne Lage direkt in der Rue Daguerre mit Abendsonne im Wohnraum. Man hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, in fußläufiger Nähe: Supermarkt, Obst-, Gemüse-, Fleischgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Restaurants und die Metro ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Leider hat die Schlüsselübergabe nicht gleich geklappt, da wohl eine Informationsmail nicht ankam. Unbedingt vorher klären, damit Sie nicht so hilflos dastehen wie wir.
