We liked the location And the 1885 Victorian home was excellent .It was in walking distance to coffee shop and It only took about 10 minutes to drive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital . Overall very good experience.

The neighborhood is very quiet. Though I believe the house is shared with another guest, (its a half double), you couldn't hear any other people at all. Very clean. Smelled good. Had all the basics in the kitchen and provided a set of towels and washcloths. Would absolutely stay here again!
Wasn't a problem for us, but there isn't much parking for more than 1 car right in front of the house. Also there isn't 3 beds. There is 1 actual bed and 1 bedroom. There are 2 couches that lay flat in the living room that could potentially be beds, but they are sofa beds. Again, wasn't an issue for us. However if your looking to share quarters with another couple, this probably isnt a good choice. The only bathroom is inside of the bedroom. Better fit for a couple with a kid or two, if not using for a couples getaway.

A beautiful neighbourhood with plenty of places to walk nearby.
Sofa beds where a little uncomfortable. We only stayed one night which is fine but if you stayed for more then you would be getting up sore.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Parking was on street but didn't seem to be a problem to be close to or in front of the house. The decor in the house was very nice and comfortable.
From the moment I walked in I could smell the scent of pot. There are no smoking signs all over the house so it may have been coming from upstairs tentant. Upon arrival the pot smell was strongest in the front of the house and at night after dinner is was stronger in the bedroom. The bedroom door would not fully shut without having to jam something in the door. In the morning we went in the kitchen and found it raining from the ceiling next to the refrigerator and coffee station. host was very responsive to saying she would get someone out to look at the problem, but we were checking out that morning. For one night this place was fine, but I would never stay again or more than that one night
