Location. Spacious. Shower was nice — good water pressure and temperature. Provision of beach chairs, umbrella, etc was a nice touch.
Cramped parking. Bed was big but too soft and uncomfortable. Bigger room was warm. Noisy floor. Hallway light was not working. WiFi kept going out.

The location was great for everything we had planned for the trip.
The property was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was small, very stained and very uncomfortable. Essentially making there no where to sit and relax besides laying in the bed. The main bedroom was extremely hot. We had to purchase a fan to sleep comfortably and the floors were falling apart and chipping.
