The location was fine without any concern for insecurity and the atmosphere was cool so we did not see the need for AC. The facilities are new and are well kept. The properties neighborhood has walkable relaxation area e.g. The Hut and nearby restaurant such as Chinese, Indian and Ethiopian restaurants.
Few things like trash can were missing, no AC which was not an issue since the weather was cool. I wonder what will happen if the weather becomes hotter. The solar energy supplies in the building seldom provides hot water except when the day is much hotter.

Super friendly staff. Very clean, with the cleaning lady wanting to come every morning. Easy and quick to communicate with. Very safe with 24/7 security. Facilities were great as well. Great view from the top floor.
This is not the apartments fault, but the location is either very dusty or very muddy depending on the season as it's in the valley and not on a paved road. But on the other hand, it's also located really close to some great restaurants as well!
