A spacious house for a bigger family or with friends. The house has 4 floors, in the basement there is a fun area with darts e.g., the entrance floor has the kitchen and a small living room and the dining table. The first floor has 2 double rooms and a bathroom. The 3. floor has a totally open space with sauna, shower, toilet and washbasin and a space for sleeping. This floor doesn’t have any doors, what makes it a little less intimate, what was no problem for us as a family, but maybe more difficult with friends or more generations. Overall we liked our stay at this house, we had great excursions from here.
The stairs are a bit steep, and the floors are cold in heating season - slippers do good job here.

Die Unterkunft hat drei Ebenen. Im 1. OG liegen zwei Schlafzimmer, im Dachgeschoss ein weiteres Zimmer. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und Fernseher in jedem Zimmer, das ist top. Schöne zentrale Lage am Gardasee.
Leider gibt es keinen Garten und das Stück Rasenfläche ist auf einem Hof gelegen. Wer also draussen in Ruhe sitzen möchte oder mit den Kids Fußball spielen, für den ist es eher nichts. Aber es gibt einen Grill und den kann man auch gut nutzen.

La maison est très bien equipée, propre et Stefania toujours disponible. Elle met un soin particulier à nous accueillir.
La ville est un peu excentrée du lac mais il se rejoint très rapidement. L'endroit est calme et plus authentique.

Die Ausstattung im Haus ist alles welches man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht!
Sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt!
