Charming 3-bedroom 2 Bathrooms, Living room -Kitchen

This stay worked great for our family attending a nearby music festival. Please know that this is not one of the cutesy little houses that VRBO often has. It's pretty bare bones, but it has all the basics. 3 bedrooms - the beds are not particularly soft, but we all slept fine. The mattress on the pull-out part of the couch was awful (as they often are), so my son slept on the sofa, and it is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with necessities. The backyard would be great for a dog, but is unkempt if that's important to you - it wasn't for us. Important to know that the basement had two students living in it (with a separate entrance) that we didn't know were there until we heard a couple noises, so hopefully the owner will be disclosing that. To be clear, the students were not loud at all, I was more concerned that we would be disturbing them! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. Most importantly, the owner was VERY quick to respond to questions and pleasant to talk to. We would be happy to stay there again.

Our family enjoyed the convenient location and comfortable space of this property. The large TV was a hit with our teens and young adults. We appreciated that they accommodated our dog, and she greatly enjoyed the very large public park just one block away. Very convenient to the SLC airport as well as downtown and other parts of the Salt Lake Valley. Plenty of hot water, full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washer and dryer in the garage, nice bathrooms, comfortable seating in the living room, and beds for everyone. Our only issue was that the kitchen needs to be cleaned. We loved this great location and the responsiveness of our hosts. We will definitely stay here again when we need a place close to the SLC Airport.
