Enjoy this newly remodeled Santa Fe home. As you arrive, you will feel the essence of the Santa Fe community & culture in this charming neighborhood. Whatever brings you to Santa Fe (wish to explore the city, just have a good time and enjoy nightlife, cultural events, business, or any other reason), the location of the Home makes it your perfect choice!
The space
Our home boasts a fully equipped kitchen. You will have the ability to cook any meal you desire with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, alongside all cookware, utensils, dishes & glasses. The dining table is the perfect place to eat before venturing out into Santa Fe. Head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
Our home has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests. One bedroom has a king-sized bed. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both have luxurious sheets, & cozy pillows with a restful décor to ensure a relaxing stay. Both rooms have a smart TV. Both bathrooms highlight plush towels, & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash along with basic toiletry needs. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring Santa Fe.
Walk out to the backyard, and pour a glass of wine, gather with your group, and unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.
Other things to note
Before I accept your booking request, I’d like to make sure you’re aware of a few details about the property:
[1] We welcome dogs and have dogs of our own. However, we ask that dogs not be allowed on the beds. If your dog typically sleeps in bed with you, this home may not be the best fit, and we would appreciate you considering another property.
[2] The owner keeps a vehicle parked on the property for use when she returns to the area.
[3] The basement is not accessible to guests, as it is locked and used to store the owner’s personal belongings.
[4] The backyard is available for your use, but it is currently undergoing improvements and is still a work in progress. No work will take place during your stay, so you will not be disturbed.
[5] For security purposes, there is one camera facing the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.
[6] Please note that there is no washer or dryer available for guest use.

This home is a rare gem in Santa Fe. I use the word home deliberately as it offers the comforts and amenities of home while you're away. The home is very clean, well-appointed with everything you need (and more). The rooms are spacious, and visitors can spread out and enjoy a place to read a book, play cards, or watch a movie. This home is in a convenient location with a one-way street, making it easy and safe to back out of the driveway. The location is centrally located so you can find yourself at Museum Hill in five minutes, or at the Plaza in ten. Restaurants and grocery stores are located nearby, as well as the perennial favorite, Clafoutis. Don't skip the best French pastries around. We have traveled to Santa Fe for over 20 years. Shane's home is a standout among all of our experiences. Shane begins connecting with you from the time of booking, and offers clear communication at all points. He is invested in your comfort and a quality experience. This is a 5 home, and we heartily recommend you give it a try,

The home was lovely and Shane was very helpful. We loved all the irises in the yard. Would definitely stay here again!

We use VRBO fairly often when we travel and, on the whole, have always had good luck and great hosts. I do have to say that Shane was the best host by far. So responsive and easy to work with, kept us posted, and seemed to be available when we needed him. We were emailed an itinerary before our trip. Really, really wonderful!!
